The Village of Riverton is accepting applications for a full time mechanic. The mechanic must have a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and will be expected to work on and operate all makes and models of Village vehicles and equipment. Applications will be accepted at the Village Utility Office, 1200 E. Riverton Road, Riverton, IL 62561 until 4:30 pm on Friday, March 23, 2018. Applicants will be subject to background check and drug testing prior to hiring. This person hired for this position will be required to become a member of LIUNA 477.
